My Background
Hi and welcome to Sound and Spirit, I'm Michelle, I work part-time as a practice nurse, so i can spend the rest of my time providing alternative therapy treatments, Primarily sound healing.
My 1-2-1 treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each person to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them. Time and again I have seen the incredible healing power of my treatments. Please contact me to find out more.

My Qualifications
Over the last 20 years I have worked in a wide range of childcare and adult health care settings
Primarily a registered Nurse , however alongside this, I am a certified sound healer, which encompasses Crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramids and Weighted tuning forks. I also use crystals and essential oils within my therapies
my skills include using solfeggio frequencies to help unblock Chakras to allow positive energy flow through the body
DNA repair using a 528Hz Crystal sound bowl of tuning fork
Providing a relaxing and meditative state for my clients
